This study investigates the impact of exercise on cardiovascular and musculoskeletal physiology, focusing on the underlying mechanisms and physiological adaptations that occur with regular physical activity. Exerciseinduced cardiovascular adaptations include improved heart function, vascular health, and enhanced oxygen delivery to tissues. Musculoskeletal benefits include increased muscle strength, endurance, and bone density. Key physiological mechanisms include the upregulation of metabolic processes, the release of hormones and growth factors, and changes in cellular structure. The study also explores the effects of different exercise modalities (aerobic, resistance, and flexibility training) on these systems.
